A MODERN HOUSING PROJECT

Central Harlem Community Land Trust (CHCLT) is built on the values of legacy, empathy, equity, and preservation. CHCLT is driven to preserve the promise of homeownership.

To help people better understand what CHCLT does, I designed this logo using the brand’s initials, combining them into the shape of a building. The clean, minimalist, and modern design of the building highlights the brand’s name.

Helvetica is all about clean, modern design. Perfect for CHCLT which is a modern housing project.





The goal of CHCLT is to drive the traffic to its website.

I created a website mock-up to showcase how it would look. The user flow is designed to map out the steps, with additional features included for extended functionality.





The Newsletter builds and maintains a connection with CHCLT’s audience.
